I believe wellness isn’t about chasing perfection, quick fixes, or living by impossible rules. It’s about finding balance, building strength, and creating healthy rhythms that fit your real life.
For me, health is a journey that includes fitness, nutrition, and mindset—because lasting change happens when all three work together. Some days that looks like lifting heavy and feeling powerful. Other days it’s choosing food that fuels you, or taking five minutes to breathe and reset.
I coach with a simple philosophy: small steps create big shifts. I’ll encourage you, challenge you, and celebrate you—not just for hitting milestones, but for showing up for yourself in every season of life.

Personal Experience & Lifestyle
I know firsthand what it’s like when your health feels out of control. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, I’ve successfully learned to manage it through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle adjustments.Beyond my 27+ years of coaching and training, I live an active lifestyle as a former competitive CrossFitter and (for fun!) half- and full-marathon runner, so I understand the demands of life while pursuing personal goals. I firmly believe age should never limit our goals, and I bring that same balance, discipline, and joy for movement into how I guide my clients—helping them achieve real results in a way that fits their lives.
